Our Wilderness Rescue Scenario team building exercise is perfect for new teams, organisations undergoing change management, or crisis management training.
Your team will be taken out of their comfort zones for a very good reason. This program helps your organisation make necessary changes. It also reduces the time it takes for a forming team to become a high performing team.
We create a customised script that puts delegates into full on, and very realistic, rescue scenario. On many occasions our guests don’t realise they are in a scenario until we tell them at the end of the event. After the alarm is raised, goals must be set, rescue equipment must be handed out, and ground rules must be established.
During the rescue, things start to spiral out of control with additional patients, storm warnings or other problems that need to be overcome.
Placed in an unfamiliar situation, can your team cope? Who will lead the rescue effort? Who will use the resources at their disposal efficiently, but most importantly, what will they learn.
Highly trained Adventure for Life facilitators will monitor your team’s performance and conduct a debriefing session at the end of the rescue. This is where we deliver your key messages and encourage delegates to reflect on their own performance and/or leadership styles.
This activity can also be run at night to maximise it’s impact on delegates and value for your company.
